Job Description

Job Summary Office Administrator We are a distributor of outdoor infrared heating products. The desired candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point. If you possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and possess strong administrative competencies, we encourage you to apply. Fast paced environment at times, candidate must be a good learner, team-oriented, and ready to roll-up your sleeves to participate on this dynamic team. Requirements/Job Description
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within an office environment
  • Customer service
  • providing product technical support to customers
  • Inventory Control
  • Price quotation
  • Accounts receivable
  • Customer Calls
  • handling incoming and outgoing phone calls from existing and new customers
  • Order and data entry
  • ability to enter sales and purchase orders into our system
  • Attention to detail
  • Shipping
  • Special projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience is a must
Advanced Proficiency:
Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong writing ability
  • Ability to handle many projects and multiple tasks effectively
  • Assist with the coordination of office operations to ensure a smooth operational flow
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong organizational skills

Starting Pay:
$18.00 + Employee is eligible for benefits after specified period of time.
