Job Description

Position Summary:
The Corporate Business Office Manager (BOM) is responsible for supporting the business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, drives revenue cycle performance, and provides guidance and training to facility-level BOMs and staff. The Corporate BOM works closely with VP of AR to improve collections, reduce AR aging, and ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Business Office operations across assigned facilities Audit admit packs across assigned facilities Audit Medicaid pending applications for assigned facilities Assist facilities with complex Medicaid cases, applications, and redeterminations Track Medicaid applications, approvals, redeterminations, and admit pack statuses Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and special projects
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of Business Office Manager (BOM) experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting Strong knowledge of Illinois Medicaid processes and requirements Experience with Medicare, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing Proven ability to manage AR, collections, and revenue cycle performance Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) or similar systems preferred Strong leadership, training, and communication skills Ability to travel between facilities as needed
