This role combines hands-on nursing leadership, team development, and day-to-day clinical oversight within a supportive living environment. About the Role The Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing nursing services, guiding and supporting the clinical team, and ensuring high standards of resident care, documentation, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a key leadership role in promoting a culture of quality, accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
