Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position assists the Associate Director and the Assistant Vice President for Graduate Studies, Online and Outreach Programs, expediting and coordinating workflow of each, and supporting all areas of the School of Graduate Studies. This employee manages the day-to-day operation of the School of Graduate Studies including email, phone calls and visitors.

HOURLY WAGE

$18.76-$20.63 (anticipated starting wage $18.76) This position is represented by AFSCME Local 417. Western Illinois University employees may be eligible for a variety of State of Illinois benefits. Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series. For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). The degree must be conferred at the time of application.
