RESPONSIBILITIES
This position assists the Associate Director and the Assistant Vice President for Graduate Studies, Online and Outreach Programs, expediting and coordinating workflow of each, and supporting all areas of the School of Graduate Studies. This employee manages the day-to-day operation of the School of Graduate Studies including email, phone calls and visitors.WORK LOCATION

High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series. For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body).
