Position Overview Do you love weddings, event design, and working with people? We are seeking a full-time Event Designer & Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role combines event sales, customer service, event design, and office administration. You will work directly with brides, grooms, wedding planners, venue representatives, and corporate clients to create memorable event experiences from the initial inquiry through event completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and helping clients bring their event vision to life. Responsibilities Meet with clients in person and virtually to discuss event needs and design concepts Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email Create proposals, quotes, rental orders, and event documentation Follow up with prospective clients and assist in converting inquiries into booked events Coordinate event details with clients, venues, planners, and vendors Create design boards, mockups, and visual presentations using Canva Maintain accurate client records and event information Manage pickup orders and rental return processes Assist with scheduling, office administration, and daily operations Support inventory tracking and organization Occasionally assist with light inventory handling when needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional phone and email etiquette Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet) Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, weddings, events, or related industries Experience with Canva or other design software Strong eye for aesthetics, design, and event décor Experience creating proposals, presentations, or design boards Familiarity with event rental software is a plus Schedule Full-time position Monday through Saturday business hours Saturday availability is required Typical office hours are 9:00 AM•5:00 PM Sunday plus one weekday off Compensation $20.00•$24.00 per hour, based on experience Opportunities for growth within a growing company To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this position.
