About it.. Front Desk Supervisor role with leadership growth potential We are looking for a leader at the desk, not just someone who checks guests in High-visibility position at the front line of the hotel Luxury, historic Autograph Collection hotel Fast-paced, event-driven environment with high guest expectations Requires confidence, composure, and strong guest recovery skills Must be willing to lead by example during nights, weekends, and peak periods What you'll be doing… Lead the front desk team during shifts and set the tone for service Be visible in the lobby and own the guest arrival and departure experience Coach and support front desk agents in real time Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Hold team members accountable to luxury service standards Assist with scheduling, training, and daily operational flow Communicate effectively with housekeeping, F&B, and events to ensure smooth operations Step up as the leader on duty when needed and make confident decisions What's in it for you… Insurance enrollment available from DAY 1!
