This position includes three-four weekdays dedicated to office and operational responsibilities, along with Friday and Saturday evening shifts serving as Maître D' and floor management.
Responsibilities:
Office, Administrative & Marketing Duties (3 Days/Week) Manage and organize Excel spreadsheets, reports, and restaurant data Handle business emails and correspondence professionally Assist with event planning, private dining, and catering coordination Organize catering orders, sales tracking, and customer follow-up Process invoices and assist with vendor communication Support onboarding and training coordination for new employees Maintain organized office systems and operational documentation Assist ownership/management with scheduling and administrative projects Coordinate marketing materials, menus, flyers, signage, and promotional printing Assist with restaurant marketing initiatives, community outreach, and promotions Help maintain brand consistency across printed and digital materials Coordinate with printers, vendors, and designers as needed Maître D' / Guest Relations Duties (Friday & Saturday Nights) Greet and seat guests while delivering exceptional hospitality Manage reservations, waitlists, and dining room flow using OpenTable software Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally Maintain a polished, energetic, and welcoming front-of-house presence Manage to-go orders and create a seamless transaction for customers Help create a high-end dining experience and positive restaurant atmosphere Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, office management, or marketing experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Advanced skills in working with Microsoft Office (Excel mostly), email platforms, and digital arts Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Creative mindset with attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment Leadership mentality with strong follow-through Availability Friday and Saturday evenings required Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hospitality and business operations — a person who can help organize and grow the business behind the scenes during the week while also delivering exceptional guest experiences on busy weekends.
