Construction Office Administrative Coordinator We are an established commercial construction company looking to hire a motivated and organized administrative Office Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing and billing Preparing and tracking pay applications Managing spreadsheets and job documentation Assisting with project administration and office operations Supporting accounting and project management teams
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with Excel, Quickbooks, AIA Contractor forms Ability to manage deadlines Job tracking experience Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
