full-time Office Administrator / Ministry Support Hope Community Church 3350 N. SR 267, Brownsburg, IN, 46112 Hope Community Church is seeking an organized, creative, and dependable Office Administrator / Ministry Support professional to serve as a central point of administrative and communications support for our pastors, staff, ministry leaders, and congregation. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support for church staff and ministries. Coordinate churchwide communications, including weekly emails, bulletins, announcements, social media, and ministry communications. Create graphics, promotional materials, signage, sermon slides, and other print and digital content. Manage Planning Center/Church Center, including registrations, calendars, attendance, giving records, groups, Connect Cards, and workflows. Prepare weekly worship materials, sermon notes, presentation slides, and YouTube sermon content. Assist with offering processing, giving records, reports, reimbursements, and donor statements. Support ministry events, registrations, promotions, and communication needs. Coordinate purchasing of office, ministry, curriculum, and facility supplies. Assist with facility administration, vendors, records, technology, and special projects. Maintain confidentiality when working with membership, giving, prayer, personnel, and other sensitive information. Qualifications The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy ministry environment. Strong written communication, computer, technology, and creative skills are important, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with Planning Center, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe, social media, YouTube, and other church or communications platforms is beneficial. Applicants should be comfortable learning new technology and adapting to changing ministry needs. This position requires initiative, flexibility, sound judgment, discretion, and a heart for supporting the mission and ministries of the local church. 30 hrs per week $18-19/hr depending on experience
