What You'll Actually Do Be the grounding presence families experience from the moment they walk in Manage patient flow, scheduling, and digital communications Help parents navigate next steps with clarity and calm Protect the doctor's time so they can focus on care Execute office systems consistently — especially on the hardest days Bring energy that raises the room, not drains it Tools you'll use: Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, and our practice management software (we'll train you on everything practice-specific). The Schedule Monday through Friday, with a mix of morning and evening shifts depending on the week. Consistent, predictable, and built around our patient schedule — not chaos.
