Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front desk activities, managing guest relations, and coordinating with various departments to deliver seamless service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, demonstrating strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality management. Duties Supervise all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, reservations, and complaints with tact and promptness. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively. Implement hotel policies related to guest services, safety protocols, and operational procedures to uphold quality standards. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong background in customer service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with night audit procedures and hotel operations is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are crucial for success in this role. Prior experience working in resorts or large hotels will be considered an asset. $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
