The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities to manage a variety of administrative tasks with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitor and phone reception with professionalism and courtesy. Oversee office management duties such as supply procurement, filing systems, and maintenance of office equipment. Utilize QuickBooks and other software for payroll + benefits, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of accounts, and other bookkeeping tasks; prepare monthly financial statement for review. Oversee apprentice applications and coordinate interviews. Manage apprentice registration with Department of Labor and other appropriate entities. Assist members with obtaining appropriate state and county licensing. Must keep active Notary Public Commission. Experience Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in office environment settings that require technical proficiency with computer literacy and productivity software. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
Pay:
$26.80 - $31.67 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
