" At Revamp Fence & Deck, we build fences, decks, and good vibes. We're growing fast (like, "wow, we need more desks" fast), and we need an Office Administrator who can keep us organized, smiling, and one step ahead of the chaos.

What You'll Be Doing:

Invoicing customers, taking payments, and giving gentle nudges on overdue invoices (we believe in polite persistence) Building and maintaining installation schedules like a pro-level puzzle master Checking in on payroll and keeping an eye on who's clocking in, out, and everything in between Processing contracts and making sure all the i's are dotted, t's are crossed, and nothing is signed in glitter pen Creating simple fence drawings using Canva

• no art degree required, just a little creativity! Handling phone calls and emails with grace, kindness, and maybe a little humor Multitasking like a legend while keeping your cool and your coffee nearby Learning our CRM system (we'll train you
• pinky promise) Oversee the entire permitting process for construction projects, ensuring all required permits are obtained in a timely manner
