Office Manager Sycamore Hills Dentistry | Fort Wayne, Indiana At Sycamore Hills Dentistry, we believe dentistry should feel different — for both patients and team members.

We are a growing, high-performing dental organization seeking an experienced and growth-minded Office Manager to help lead, strengthen, and scale the administrative side of our practice. This is not simply a "front desk manager" position. We are looking for someone who enjoys: leading people building systems improving operations driving accountability solving problems executing initiatives developing teams The right person will play a major role in helping our organization continue to grow while strengthening operational systems, elevating team performance, and supporting an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Lead Front Office Operations Lead and develop the front office team Strengthen scheduling, communication, and administrative workflows Reinforce professionalism, consistency, and accountability Help create a smooth, organized, and patient-centered experience Administrative Operations Improve systems, organization, and operational efficiency Coordinate reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives Help implement operational priorities and strategic projects Support continued modernization of administrative systems and workflows Revenue Cycle Oversight Monitor accounts receivable trends and insurance workflows Coordinate accountability with our third-party insurance billing partner Help improve administrative follow-through and operational consistency Identify inefficiencies and help implement solutions Leadership & Organizational Support Partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Leadership Team Help reinforce organizational vision, standards, and operational alignment Support execution of practice initiatives and growth strategies Help scale systems and operations as the organization continues to grow Who We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is: highly organized and operationally minded proactive and accountable calm under pressure growth-oriented and systems-oriented an excellent communicator capable of leading while still executing The strongest candidates are people who naturally: identify inefficiencies and organize chaos solve problems proactively create clarity and structure while improving systems and workflows follow through consistently Preferred Experience & Strengths Previous office management experience, preferably within the dental industry Strong understanding of front office operations including scheduling, patient communication, insurance workflows, accounts receivable, and administrative coordination Open Dental experience strongly preferred Experience supporting or coordinating operations across multiple locations is highly valued Interest in operational systems improvement, technology, and AI-driven workflow optimization Demonstrated ability to lead teams while maintaining strong organizational execution Why This Role Is Different This role is designed to grow over time.
