We value integrity, professionalism, and a passion for real estate. Job Description As a Real Estate Administrative Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agents and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Primary Responsibilities:
Front Desk Reception:
Greet clients and agents in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
Document Management:
Maintain accurate and organized digital files for listings, pending sales, and closings. Review documents for completeness, compliance, and accuracy. Input new listings into MLS and make necessary updates. Process documents and update listing statuses. Manage transaction rooms for buyer sales.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate weekly and monthly production reports for the office.
Office Operations:
Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Assist with general office upkeep and maintenance. Perform various administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Real estate experience preferred, but not required We offer a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment.
