The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative, human resources, production, and logistical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support the overall efficiency of our facility. Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages in a professional manner. Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Supervising facilities management, including coordinating maintenance and repairs as required. Assisting with various human resources tasks, such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training sessions. Supporting production tasks by liaising with production staff, tracking progress, and assisting with scheduling as necessary. Handling logistical tasks, including shipping, receiving, and coordinating deliveries. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. Prior experience in office management or administrative support roles preferred. This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits.
