Responsibilities Lead business development management efforts by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships Oversee full cycle recruiting processes to attract top talent for various operational teams Manage daily business operations, including coordinating administrative tasks, overseeing office procedures, and ensuring smooth workflow Conduct financial analysis using Excel data analysis tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities Handle customer service interactions professionally via phone answering and phone reception duties, ensuring positive client experiences Maintain accurate accounting and finance records, supporting audit readiness and compliance requirements Perform corporate research to identify market trends, competitor insights, and potential growth avenues Supervise team leadership activities within the business operations teams to foster collaboration and productivity Utilize technical proficiency in Microsoft Word and other software platforms to prepare reports, proposals, and presentations Experience Minimum 5 Years of office management experience Experience with patient insurance verification, billing, scheduling, collections and patient accounts Proven experience in accounting and finance roles with a strong understanding of financial analysis techniques Demonstrated success in business development management or sales roles with a focus on client communication Prior experience managing business operations teams or leading administrative staff in a fast-paced environment Strong background in full cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees Excellent skills in Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes Effective team leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide staff toward shared goals Exceptional customer service skills with experience answering phones, managing client inquiries, and providing professional support Technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software tools necessary for efficient office management Join us as we drive growth through innovative strategies while fostering a supportive environment that values your expertise.
