Part-time Position:
JCLT Marketing/Office Manager Job Description:
JCLT, a dynamic community theater group, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Marketing/Office Manager to oversee our organization's daily operations. This part-time role, requiring 15-20 hours per week (Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm with some Fridays), is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our organization's administrative and managerial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
    Office Maintenance:
    o Ensure the smooth operation and organization of the JCLT office space.
      Communication Hub:
      o Efficiently answer and respond to phone calls and emails, maintaining clear and timely communication.
        Online Presence Management:
        o Take charge of JCLT's social media accounts, ensuring engaging content and regular updates. o Manage the theater group's website, keeping it current and informative.
          Creative Contributions:
          o Play a pivotal role in building captivating playbills and posters for upcoming performances.
            Additional Tasks:
            o Collaborate with production teams to support shows as needed. o Drive to various places in the city to drop off or pick up items as needed.
            Qualifications:
            • Strong organizational skills to maintain a functional and inviting office environment.
            • Excellent communication skills for effective phone and email correspondence.
            • Proficiency in social media management and basic website maintenance.
            • Creative flair for designing production playbills and posters.
            • Previous experience in office administration or theater management is advantageous.
