Onsite | Contract | Kansas City, MO Morgan Hunter is partnering with a local organization to add an Office Manager to support their front office operations. This role will be the face of the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for both employees and visitors while keeping daily operations running smoothly. The team is looking for someone who brings both strong organizational skills and a warm, positive presence. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and greet clients and guests Answer and direct incoming calls and handle mail and deliveries Coordinate conference room scheduling and support internal meeting requests Maintain office organization, including stocking supplies, snacks, and beverages Assist with building access and guest check-in processes Support general administrative needs across the team Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and professional Qualifications Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable, positive, and team-oriented MH468
