Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. The applicant
MUST HAVE PRIOR ROOGFING OFFICE KNOWLEDGE.
This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, exceptional customer service, and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support our team and clients effectively. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere while managing essential administrative functions that keep the office running seamlessly. Duties Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational clarity Manage office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and assisting clients or visitors as needed Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and updating databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
