We specialize in digital construction workforce management and are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our corporate team. This role is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or someone seeking part-time professional office experience while gaining exposure to business operations, human resources, finance, and executive leadership within a growing company. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Overland Park, KS and requires working in the office. While the schedule is flexible, the majority of hours will be worked Monday through Wednesday to support our busiest operational days. As our company continues to grow, this position may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain employee records within company systems. Assist with onboarding new field employees, including employment documentation and E-Verify processing. Update employee benefit information, including health insurance and 401(k) enrollments. Maintain and update company leaderboard and scorecard spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Order office supplies and maintain office inventory. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries. Support the Finance Department with administrative tasks, reporting, and data management projects. Assist the Chief Operating Officer and leadership team with administrative projects and day-to-day business operations. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by providing administrative support across departments. Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed. Requirements Currently enrolled in college, recently graduated, or seeking professional office experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Dependable and professional in both appearance and communication. Previous administrative, customer service, internship, or office experience is preferred but not required.
