Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer service
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
• Maintain and update office records, files, and documents

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, etc.
• Knowledge of office management practices is a plus This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, managing office records, coordinating appointments, and providing support to the team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Experience in office management is preferred but not required.
