Job DescriptionWhat You Get To Do:
The Office Manager is responsible for secretarial services for an office supporting operations, human resources, and other departments. Duties include but are not limited to:

Ensure the office has telephone coverage during scheduled business hoursManage office administrative functionsAct as an organizational resourceMonitor file development and retention systemsOversee office equipment and suppliesEnsure administrative tasks are completed as requestedHelp with plan of care and filings
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5pm
