Office Manager -Law Firm Regard Law Group Lexington, KY Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Interpersonal skills Executive administrative support Attention to detail Law office experience Full Job Description A growing boutique law firm in Lexington, Kentucky, is seeking a professional, organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the firm's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, solves problems, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. This is an important role within the firm and requires someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to providing excellent service to clients and supporting attorneys and staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, workflow, scheduling, and organization Coordinate calendars, meetings, depositions, mediations, conferences, and travel Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, vendors, and maintenance Handle billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payments, check writing, and financial recordkeeping Assist with employee onboarding, workspaces, policies, and routine administrative matters Maintain electronic and physical files, records, and Dropbox documentation Assist attorneys and staff with legal administrative tasks and preparation for hearings, depositions, and mediations Prepare conference rooms and technology for meetings, Zoom conferences, and depositions Develop and maintain office policies and procedures Identify and resolve operational issues proactively Maintain a professional, welcoming, and client-focused environment Handle confidential client, financial, employee, and firm information with discretion Qualifications Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Administrative Supervisor, or similar role Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet deadlines Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Excellent computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to learn new software and technology quickly Experience with billing, accounts receivable, payments, and financial recordkeeping preferred Law firm or professional services experience preferred Familiarity with legal terminology and litigation-related administrative tasks is a plus Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment How to Apply Please submit a resume and cover letter to .
