Associate's degree preferred but not required3 to 5 years of experience preferred as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or in a similar administrative roleExperience managing calendars, appointments, and schedulingExperience with professional email correspondence and business phone communicationStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard office technologyStrong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skillsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionValid driver's licenseE Tabb Design Construction & Development is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
