CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB
Perform any daily administrative and operational job function assigned and, or, needed within the department. Carry out any duty assignment based on OCCC and CCC business needs.
EXAMPLES OF
DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise all aspects of the office including staffing, training, and administrative functions. Analyze, assist, and resolve work problems. Submit administrative paperwork as required. Responsible for administrative contact with district criminal justice community and public appear in court as needed. Prepare affidavits of indigency for the courts. Make recommendations to trial courts for pretrial release with supervision. Monitor compliance for clients released with conditions or referred to as diversion. Other duties assigned. Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS
Court experience is not required but is an asset Substitute
