Job Description

Thornhill CDJR is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Williamson, WV. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment while supporting various departments to achieve company goals. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative and clerical functions. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff. Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement. Maintain filing systems, records, and databases with confidentiality and accuracy. Support communication between departments and with clients. Assist with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. Supervise and support administrative staff. Requirements Proven experience as an office manager or relevant administrative role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
