Job Description Bookkeeper / Office Manager with
QuickBooks Experience :
Processes Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Codes and enters Vendor Expense invoices and runs checks Performs Project Billing Project Job Costing Prepares Bank Deposits Ensures the correct general ledger accounts are debited and credited accordingly Reconciles monthly bank statements and monitor cash flow. Enters required journal entries at month-end and year-end, and other times required Prepares General Financial reports required by management
Bilingual English/Spanish Education:
BS Degree Industry Experience :
Construction Skills/Software :
QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up Desired salary: $40k - $50k Click here to apply online
