This position is ideal for someone who wants more than a routine admin job. You will help establish office systems, support daily operations, and take on increasing responsibility over time. Why This Is a Strong Growth Opportunity Opportunity to build processes and systems from the ground up Direct exposure to leadership and business decision-making Broad experience across operations, projects, accounting, and HR support Long-term role with increasing responsibility and compensation over time Key Responsibilities Manage daily office and administrative operations Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage general communications Create and maintain job folders, contracts, drawings, and project documentation Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor paperwork Coordinate with shop supervisors, project managers, and vendors Track employee time sheets, certifications, and basic personnel records Assist with scheduling deliveries, inspections, and job-related meetings Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Prepare internal reports and correspondence Order office supplies and manage office inventory As the role develops, responsibilities are expected to expand to include: Managing office systems, workflows, and administrative staff (if applicable) Overseeing document control, job tracking, and administrative processes Supporting payroll preparation, job costing, and basic HR functions Serving as the main administrative point of contact for leadership Helping implement policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
