Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Operations & Compliance Manager Amanda Miller Realty Group Position Overview Amanda Miller Realty Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate brokerage. This position is responsible for ensuring every transaction, listing, lease, and office process is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and Louisiana real estate regulations. This is a leadership position requiring exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operations Manage daily office operations and administrative staff. Ensure office procedures and SOPs are followed. Monitor workflow to keep transactions moving efficiently. Coordinate with agents, vendors, title companies, lenders, and clients. Identify workflow issues and recommend improvements. Compliance Review all real estate files for completeness and compliance. Ensure contracts, disclosures, and required documentation are submitted on time. Maintain transaction records using Dotloop. Monitor deadlines and follow up with agents until deficiencies are corrected. Ensure brokerage policies are followed. Leadership Supervise office staff. Train new employees using company SOPs and training videos. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed. Hold team members accountable for meeting expectations. Assist with recruiting and onboarding new agents. Technology Manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint communication. Assist with DoorLoop property management operations. Monitor Planner task assignments. Maintain organized digital filing systems. Communication Serve as the primary communication hub between management, staff, and agents. Immediately communicate urgent issues by phone or Teams Ensure clients, owners, tenants, and agents receive timely updates. Qualifications Real estate experience preferred (Broker or Transaction Coordinator experience is a plus) Excellent organizational skills Strong leadership ability Outstanding written and verbal communication Experience with Microsoft 365 Ability to multitask under pressure High attention to detail Professional attitude Problem-solving mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Experience Dotloop DoorLoop Microsoft Teams SharePoint QuickBooks MLS systems DocuSign Property Management Real Estate Compliance What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership without being asked.
