Job Description:
This onshore position provides technical, planning, and administrative support for offshore assets. The role supports offshore leadership and teams by maintaining schedules and records, coordinating logistics and day-to-day administrative needs, and assisting with business applications and work management processes. Duties include maintaining training and vacation schedules, updating organization charts and phone lists, processing invoices, procuring supplies, ordering FRCs, supporting timesheets, scheduling and closing SAP maintenance work orders, coordinating with catering staff, and attending/planning meetings. Backup support and other duties may be assigned as required.
Responsibilities:
Maintain training and vacation schedules Update organization charts and maintain phone lists Process invoices Provide training for business applications (e.g., SAP, Smartbox, timesheets) Procure general supplies Order FRCs Aid with timesheets Schedule work, close work orders, and coordinate with catering staff Attend meetings and support meeting planning/coordination Track limited analytical items such as OPEX Provide backup support and perform other duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of the offshore environment, assets, and organization Ability to proactively anticipate the needs of offshore leadership and teams Ability to work independently with limited coaching/supervisor review Ability to manage limited analytical assignments such as tracking OPEX Ability to schedule SAP maintenance tasks and close out work orders Competent/fluent in the MS Office suite Skilled in SAP, Helipass, and Smartbox Previous offshore planner/scheduler experience preferred Strong organizational skills, thorough record keeping, and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage change Proven record of managing multiple tasks and delivering timely results Ability to work overtime when required Travel including offshore may be required Must complete HUET and FFD requirements

M-TH (10hr days) OT/weekend work may be required as needed

$23.65/hr (W2)
