Job Description
What You'll Be Doing The Office Manager/Clinic Lead who is also a Medical Assistant to oversee operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves coordinating staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient safety and satisfaction.. The successful candidate will be able to: Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance on best practices in patient care. Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring adherence to protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure the proper use of medical systems and equipment. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Perform any and all other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Current MA Certification with relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and basic life support certification. Experience working in outpatient environments is preferred. Previous experience in pediatric or similar specialty is a plus. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to teamwork. Ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
