- ask your Recruiter for details Job Description The Manager Office is responsible for the route settlement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, facilities management, and general office management functions.

support and reporting Reporting to Accounting Managers monthly Petty Cash reconciliation, journal entries and accruals Accounts Receivable pricing corrections/customer/tax refunds Responsible for customer Non-Sufficient Funds processing Manage Invoice Management System Coordinate cross functional support to ensure all shipments are settled and revenue captured Manage internal audit guidelines for facility Support local IT functionalities Manage facility alarm system, cameras, and badge scanners Maintain required safety training log and organizational chart Primary contact for all outside vendors Drive financial and accounting process improvements Assist with travel arrangements for out of town guests and associate work functions Support for natural disasters Manage and assist Sales Center Manager annual Image Review Audits the logs maintained for coupons and event tickets Manage associate product sale Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management What you need to succeed: Minimum age 18 years old Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology Strong leadership and organizational skills Proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and planning skills Physical Requirements Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
