We are looking for an Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. Your role is to create and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and professionalism. Office Administrator duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, billing, delivery of tax returns and other client communication, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. A successful Office Administrator should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in the accounting industry would be an advantage. Key Duties and Skills:
Thorough attention to detail, readily and independently reviewing work for accuracy, spelling, and grammatical errors Extensive experience using MS Word and Excel Ability to read and interpret firm procedures and policies Experience and comfort in billing and client communication software, particularly cloud-based tools Ability to communicate directly and effectively Organization, completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner Delivery of tax returns and other client communication Processing invoices and billing clients Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain client information database and appointments

Job Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel and capable of learning multiple software programs Must have excellent time management, organizational, and confidence Proactively communicates any issues/concerns relating to assignments (Critical thinking skill capabilities are essential. If you think there's a better way, there just may be!) Must be reliable and willing to work full time week day business hours, with some overtime expected during busy seasons.
Salary Range:
