Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the smooth operation of our office environment by overseeing administrative functions, managing schedules, coordinating vendor relationships, and assisting with human resources and bookkeeping tasks. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster an organized, efficient workplace where team members can thrive. Responsibilities Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the law firm Supervise and support legal assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and workflow Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures Oversee office scheduling, deadlines, and administrative processes Assist attorneys with case management and workflow coordination Manage client communications and resolve administrative issues Coordinate office meetings and staff functions Track projects, reports, and performance metrics Handle confidential client and firm information with discretion Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a law firm required Prior supervisory or management experience preferred Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and case management systems Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software programs Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Join us in creating an organized, welcoming workspace where teamwork flourishes!
