Job Description

St. Francisville Nursing and Rehab is looking for an Office Manager. The purpose of the Office Manager position is to oversee the administrative operations and support to the facility Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
  • Participate in daily morning meeting;
  • submit 148's to the Medicaid Provider Portal as needed;
  • Submit report of change to Social Security upon admit, discharge and/or death;
  • Provide Medicaid pending status and discuss any forseen issues;
  • Return completed therapy Notice of Admit insurance verification forms within 24 hours;
  • Issue
ABN/NOMNC
as required and maintain document according to CMS guidelines;
  • Open mail daily;
  • Deposit funds received for operating and trust fund daily;
  • Follow up on pending Medicaid applications with Medicaid intake worker and/or families;
  • Submit Representative Payee applications to social Security as needed;
  • Balance resident trust fund to checkbook monthly;
  • Transfer all liability payments from the trust fund;
  • Reconcile and batch all skilled bills for Part A billing;
  • Review all Medicaid decision letters for accuracy;
  • Submit 148 PLI adjustments on Medicaid Provider Portal as applicable;
  • Close discharged residents trust fund accounts within 30 days of discharge;
  • Assist with completing Human Resource tasks as well as completing Bi Monthly Payroll.
  • Human resource experience is a plus.
Job will involve working with residents of the facility and employees. Ideal candidate will have some accounting and HR experience. Knowledge of the medical industry is a plus. Candidate must be trustworthy, flexible, and able to work autonomously.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
