Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a career minded individual motivated by the potential of future advancement within a growing company. This is a position for a proactive professional willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The successful candidate understands the importance of helping our customers with the best service possible. The Full-time position is needed for large RV park including mobile homes and cabins. Leasing/Hospitality or Property Management training/experience and Guest Tracker software knowledge a plus. We are an equal opportunity employer Must be willing to work alternating weekends and extended hours from 9am - 7pm.
Compensation:
$12 per hour plus bonuses
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and check-in guests. Must be opportunity seeker and problem solver Must be reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.. Must be detail oriented and goal driven. Must be able to follow company established policies and procedures. Must exhibit excellent customer service and sales skills. Must have strong written and verbal communications skills. Must demonstrate ability to help improve or maintain occupancy levels by closing new rentals. Must be proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel. Must become proficient with software within 30 days including posting data and preparing reports. Must be able to function effectively and efficiently with little supervision. Must be flexible and willing to successfully accomplish other tasks as assigned. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Must be willing to submit to drug testing. Please email your resume and cover letter for consideration.
