- Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney Lexington & Belmont MA Our growing three-attorney law firm is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and professional Office Administrator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment, takes pride in helping clients, and is looking for a long-term position with growth and responsibility. This role is approximately 40 hours per week in-office and involves working closely with attorneys, clients, and administrative staff to help keep the office operating smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing office operations, supplies, and scheduling
- Answering calls and communicating with clients professionally
- Supporting attorneys with administrative and legal tasks
- Maintaining electronic and physical files
- Assisting with client meetings, document organization, and follow-up
- Preparing basic legal correspondence and supporting documents Preferred qualifications:
- Prior office administration experience (legal office experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Calendar
- Experience with CLIO, QuickBooks, Simplifile, or legal software is helpful
- Knowledge of probate and residential real estate matters is a plus What we offer:
