Job Description:
The Catholic Center is a home away from home where students encounter Christ. We need someone to take care of the office details so we can carry out our mission. In this job your gifts will help students grow in faith. Under the direction of the Catholic Center (CC) Director and the Development Director, the Office Manager will provide financial management, project management and administrative support for the overall operations of the Catholic Center and take a leadership role in the CC's Phonathon fundraiser. A typical week at the Catholic Center would include the following tasks: Process all incoming mail Post donations in Little Green Light (LGL) donor database Sources include mailed checks and online donations from Donorbox, Venmo, and NU funds Transfer and deposit funds from all online sources Generate "Thank you" letters to send to donors in a timely manner Prepare and make deposit of checks to Citizens Bank Update database changes and/or corrections, include NCOA reports after mailings Add donor notes from meetings and phone calls from CC's Director and Development Director Attentively check and respond to emails at coming to the office email Pay invoice and bills, check requisitions, and reimbursement requests from staff and students Maintain transactional records by scanning (or copying) and filing all necessary documents Track and record all income and expenses in QuickBooks Reconcile monthly bank statements Order and stock office supplies for all CC operations Oversee Work Study students and approve timesheets in employment portal each week Coordinate and meet with contractors for various maintenance related services Weekly meetings with the CC Director Manage facility needs at
Catholic Center Required Skills:
