We work together as a team to care for both pediatric and adult patients with a variety of allergy and immunology related medical conditions.

Office Administrator Duties:

• Schedule appointments
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform insurance eligibility and obtain and enter referrals
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning documents
• Assistance with prior authorizations

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This is a 32 hours per week position with competitive compensation.
