Office Manager - Cambridge Dental Center Cambridge, MA Full-Time Join a practice where leadership, teamwork, and patient care come first. Cambridge Dental Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead daily operations, support our clinical team, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office Lead and support front desk, hygiene, and clinical teams Manage scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency Drive patient satisfaction and ensure a positive office experience Assist with staff development, coaching, and accountability Monitor office goals, reporting, and performance metrics Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership to support practice growth What We're Looking For Previous dental office management experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing Experience managing teams and coaching staff Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Knowledge of Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar practice management software preferred Positive, solutions-oriented leadership style Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care Why Join Cambridge Dental Center?
