Communicate with tenants, property owners, vendors, and staff in English and Spanish. Maintain tenant, lease, property, vendor, and work-order records in AppFolio. Assist with rental applications, lease documents, renewals, notices, and tenant records. Prepare and maintain Excel reports, trackers, rent rolls, and financial summaries. Assist with rent collection records, invoices, vendor payments, and follow-ups. Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor appointments. Monitor and respond to tenant and property-related matters while working remotely or on call. Use AI tools to draft correspondence, summarize documents, organize information, and improve efficiency. Provide administrative support directly to Mikael Vienneau and the Broadway Capital team. Requirements Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Previous property management or office administration experience. Hands-on experience with AppFolio and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools. Familiarity with leases, tenant communications, rent records, and maintenance coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle confidential information. Reliable availability for three in-office days and two remote/on-call days each week.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
