Job Description

We are seeking a highly energetic and experienced full-time Office Manager. This position requires at least 2 years prior dental office managerial experience. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills while handling patient and employee needs as they arise. Duties include; supervision of staff, insurance, treatment planning, scheduling, etc.
Responsibilities:
Strong leadership, communication and motivation skills as well as ability to supervise others Determine staff schedule and ensure operational standards Hold monthly staff meetings Resolve patient/employee issues according to company policies and procedures Manage patient scheduling and direct traffic flow Oversee appointment scheduling and confirmation Maintain equipment and facilities in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations including OSHA compliance Train, supervise and develops office staff Completes necessary administration functions including bank deposits, processing claims at the end of each day and filling out daily reports EagleSoft knowledge preferred but not required
