Job Description

Reception & Office Administrator Our family-owned business is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Prepare documents, correspondence, proposals, and other business-related materials. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Perform data entry, recordkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Assist with QuickBooks Online, invoicing, and other administrative functions. Coordinate office supplies and general office organization. Support management with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of administrative, clerical, or office experience. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Microsoft Word, and QuickBooks Online. Experience with data entry, bookkeeping, or office administration. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor. Experience managing calendars and coordinating schedules is preferred. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities in a small business environment.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
