The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in office management. Candidate should demonstrate a natural curiosity for learning. This role involves managing administrative tasks, and interacting with legal clients and the courts. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow Manage schedules, including calendar management Handle bookkeeping tasks Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation practices Manage front desk operations and interaction with the Court, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Experience Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management tasks Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Background in managing clerical duties is essential We invite qualified candidates who are eager to contribute to apply for this exciting opportunity.
