Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, creative, professional and energetic Office Administrator to support the daily operations of Sacred Hearts School. Sacred Hearts School is a vibrant, Catholic educational institution for students from Preschool through the 8th grade.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of School, Assistant Principals, Faculty, Staff and Families for the daily operations of the school
  • Create internal and external content for communicating school news and for school events
  • Prepare and respond to multiple types of communications
  • face to face, emails, mail, memos, reports and volunteer opportunities
  • Drive the organization of special school activities (ie
  • school assemblies, graduations, and award ceremonies) with school leadership and faculty
  • Prepare reports related to school demographics and function
  • Transform and maintain our website and social media presence
  • Lead a digital transformation of the administrative function of the school
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and communication skills
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft and Google application suites
  • Prior experience with content creation applications (ie
  • Canva, web site platforms) and the ability to create novel, impactful and exciting content
  • The capability to learn new information and new software tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a professional, positive and calm demeanor and approach
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, be flexible and practice a positive mindset
