Come be a part of our family! Pine Knoll Nursing Center is a small family owned in Lexington is looking for a Full time Business Office candidate to work 32 - 40 hours per week. Need a STRONG Business Office Manager will provide administrative and accounting support to the Business Office Director and the Executive Director on several levels. Pine Knoll is conveniently located near Rt 2 in historic Lexington.
Responsibilities:
The Business Office Assistant is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of tasks as directed by the Executive Director. These tasks include but are not limited to the following: Answering telephones, Accounts Payable support, Weekly payroll, spreadsheet work, Medical Records, PNA, general customer service and the administration of day to day routines.
Requirements:
HS diploma required but Bachelor's Degree preferred from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance or business administration. Experience in Point Click Care Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and coding systems Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities setting as BOM Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; phone, email, in-person. Ability to interact successfully with customer families and vendors in a professional manner and communicate clearly.
