We are a family-owned Property Management business located in Lowell, MA. We are seeking a part-time, highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining effective communication. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to support our daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between tenants, staff, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating maintenance requests and complaints, collecting and recording rent accurately. ? Process new tenant applications and perform credit / background checks ? Maintain and organize office and tenant files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. ? Liaison with other offices and support facilities such as Section 8, CTI, state and local housing authorities ? Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. ? Ability to work independently and part of a team. ? Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and preparing documents and any other misc. duties involved with daily office operation. ? Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. ? Bookkeeping, Accounting, Expense tracking Skills ? Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ? Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. ? Proficient in clerical duties, including typing speed and accuracy. ? Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications. ? Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain an orderly workspace. ? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft suite applications
