Managing the Center Come work for ABI - The Applied Behavior Institute ABI provides precision Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The Office Manager's duties and responsibilities include making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, ensuring center is visually attractive, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office Manager should be proficient in various office software, including email tools, spreadsheets and databases, and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth operation of the office and help improve company procedures and daily operations. Prior ABA experience preferred. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and track staff and client attendance in database Coordinate parent and staff communication with the center Support scheduling coordinator with scheduling tasks as needed Organize the office layout, order stationery and equipment, light furniture assembly Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary Organize office operations and procedures Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease Provide general support to visitors Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Address employees' queries regarding office management issues Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering...etc. Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
QUALIFICATIONS
Academic:
Must have high school diploma or
GED Language:
Able to read, write and speak English. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a plus
Job Experience:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant. Prior ABA experience preferred.
Other:
Must pass CORI and have valid driver's license. Access to a personal vehicle is preferred.

Salary:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
