About Us We are a growing cabinet dealership specializing in high-quality cabinetry, design support, and seamless customer service. We work with homeowners, contractors, and installers, and we pride ourselves on professionalism, organization, and efficiency. We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the cabinet, construction, or home-improvement industry—but we are open to training the right candidate. Responsibilities Greet customers in person and by phone; provide friendly and professional front-desk service. Schedule appointments, showroom visits, and installation dates. Organize, coordinate, and communicate with cabinet installers and subcontractors. Prepare, submit, and follow up on claims (damaged products, warranty issues, missing parts, etc.). Create and update quotes, invoices, and project paperwork. Keep track of all cabinet orders, monitor order statuses, and stay up to date with shipping timelines. Stay up to date with supplier information, pricing updates, new products, and lead times. Maintain orderly records, files, and documentation for ongoing jobs. Assist with ordering materials or tracking shipments as needed. Support management with general administrative tasks. Keep the office and showroom organized and presentable. Qualifications Prior experience in cabinetry, construction, home improvement, or a similar field preferred but not required . Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines. Excellent communication—both written and verbal. Comfortable coordinating schedules and managing multiple parties (clients, installers, vendors).
